The book is going good so far... LaVaughn met her best friend Jody in a elevator...he had moved away when he was a young kid.. Jody's mother and LaVaughn's mother gave keys to one another for the safety of their kids..Jodys best friend Victor was into drugs when he was in 5th grade. LaVaughn has a big crush on Jody she says that he has gotten very handsome they talk here and there..Jodys mother has gotten a divorce 2 times.. the mothers where best friends..
